"Eesti Energia" still is Estonia's most preferred employer

Estonia's most preferred employer is the state-owned Eesti Energia for the second year in a row, followed by the Port of Tallinn, Tallink and State Forest Management Centre (RMK), Postimees Online reports.

In TNS Emor's annual employer image survey, Estonian Air was on the fifth place, despite the threat of bankruptcy.

"The ranking shows that as employers, state-owned, and tourism-related companies are the most attractive," said the TNS Emor lead expert Mari-Liis Eensalu. "In state-owned enterprises, job stability is highly valued, tourism-related work seems interesting and offering variety."

TNS Emor Employer Image Survey was held for the tenth time this spring. Ten years ago, Estonian Air was still the leader. Eesti Energia and Tallink were in top ten of the ranking list at that time too.
